New Line House

About the project

The seamless transformation of a classic Pettit and Sevitt home into a refined, contemporary residence.

This project involved the careful renovation and structural enhancement of a classic Pettit and Sevitt home, with a focus on craftsmanship, material integrity, and long term durability. The build required precision in aligning new structural elements with the existing framework, ensuring a seamless integration between old and new.

Construction works extended beyond the existing structure to include the addition of an upper level. The project also incorporated complex landscaping and pool works, including the installation of a circular pool surrounded by native planting. Attention to build quality and sustainability guided every stage of construction, from material selection to the integration of environmentally responsive landscaping, ensuring the home’s longevity, performance, and harmony with its natural surroundings.
