This penthouse renovation delivers a refined balance between heritage charm and contemporary sophistication. The reconfigured layout maximises light and space, particularly in the kitchen, where custom timber veneer cabinetry, a statement marble benchtop, and a feature pendant light create a warm yet elegant focal point.
Throughout the build, craftsmanship and attention to construction detail were central to the project’s success. The bathrooms and bedrooms were rebuilt with refined finishes and tailored joinery, demonstrating consistency in execution across varying materials and conditions. From the structural adjustments to the final fit-off, every element was constructed to enhance longevity and maintain the penthouse’s architectural integrity. The result is a refined and robust transformation that respects the building’s heritage while delivering the modern construction standards expected in a high-end residence.
