Working collaboratively with the owners of this 1950s brick bungalow, the project involved an expansion of the residence with close consideration toward the longevity of the home. The Beach Houses team endeavoured to embody a reflection of the characteristic style of its inhabitants, while establishing details and finishes that would ensure practicality and ease of maintenance. The renovation saw an addition of a second living room, pool refurbishment, additional bedroom, and a contemporary floor plan linking the living room, dining room and kitchen to an outdoor entertaining deck, with expansive views of the valley and harbour.
