An absolute waterfront built on the sand flats of Scotland Island's western foreshore. The logistical challenges present when working off shore were amplified by tidal access across the large sand-flat in front of the property. Overcoming the hurdles of getting materials to shore, the team created a fantastic addition to the island under the watchful eye of Architect Steve Crosby. Built to last the house will be used and enjoyed by our clients for generations to come.
