Brick Bungalow

Working collaboratively with the owners of this 1950s brick bungalow, the project involved expanding the residence while considering the home’s longevity. The Beach Houses team endeavoured to embody a reflection of the characteristic style of its inhabitants, while establishing details and finishes that would ensure practicality and ease of maintenance. The renovation included the addition of a second living room, a pool refurbishment, an additional bedroom, and a contemporary floor plan linking the living room, dining room, and kitchen to an outdoor entertaining deck with expansive views of the valley and harbour.
