About the project
A technically demanding Pittwater waterfront build.
This Pittwater waterfront residence showcases the mastery of construction in a uniquely challenging environment. Positioned on a steep, tidal-access site with no road connection, the project required all materials, equipment, and personnel to be transported by barge. The build combined complex structural engineering with high attention to detail, overcoming the constraints of an offshore location while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship synonymous with waterfront living.
From the solid stone base to the open-plan interiors framing expansive water views, every element was executed with precision. The lower-level boatshed and terraced landscaping anchor the residence to the shoreline, while elevated living spaces maximise light and connection to Pittwater. This project stands as a testament to innovative problem-solving and the seamless integration of architecture and environment in a technically demanding build.
